Little Treatise on Preserves - New Edition

Since the first edition of this Little Treatise is now out-of-print, it was time for a new one.  But not just a reprint, a new and enhanced version. This Little Treatise is therefore based, this time, on the larger, old-fashioned context of preserves and includes, fruit jellies and pastes, whose preparations are similar. This approach lets you learn the history behind preserves, their role as medicine, to that, more recent, of sweet epicurean pleasure.
