The history of typographic writing: nineteenth-century French

This work complements the previous three volumes of the collection. More than ever, during the nineteenth century, marked by proliferation and abuse, by opposition to austerity and extravagance, typography became an art. A work of general culture, whose iconographic wealth and amount of information, is aimed at a wide audience, rather than just specialists or professionals of typography or editing.
