Oran, Algeria. Commissioner Kémal Fadil has been called to a renovation site in the Marine district, where human remains have been found, likely dating back to the 1960s. It seems to be a child wearing a crucifix around his neck. The inquest was not going to be simple! Actually, the investigation had begun much earlier, conducted by the French police...
