A revolution Without the French?

In the midst of the upheaval caused by the digital tsunami, the world desperately needs to set new standards. The central question of the book is how the digital revolution is impacting politics in our societies, looking particularly at the situation in France. The author argues for an alliance between politics and the ‘citizen’s movement’, between new powers and new utopias which, in his view, is the only way of escaping a fruitless confrontation between technocracy and populism.
