ImageSingulières is a festival of documentary photography created in 2009 in Sète. In 2023, the Italian Lorenzo Castore was given carte blanche. Drawing on the experiences of others to nourish his vision, he was first swept away by the city's history, the beauty of its seaside cemetery, and its maritime landscapes. Next, he photographed the inhabitants, most often in their homes and other everyday settings, to show their sociological diversity.
