I, Azil Kémal, I killed Armenians

In 1915 Azil Kemal, a captain in the Ottoman army married to an Armenian, receives an order to exterminate Armenians in the region of Erzurum. Caught between betraying his people on one hand and a military mission on the other, he recounts his torment in a fictitious notebook which sets criminal interrogations in a historical context.
