Beauduc years

In 2001 and 2002, Cécil Mathieu, a photographer with little thought to his own welfare, decided to head, with minimal equipment, for 3 weeks at a time, to the Mediterranean’s legendary last wild beach between Perpignan and Monaco: Beauduc. The place really is in the middle of nowhere, beyond law and civilization, where the tourists are penniless, adventurers of every ilk, dreaming of open spaces and no constraints.
