The Sheltering Tree

Spring has arrived, and everything is awakening… except the old ash tree. Do we really disappear when we die? Curious to find the answer, a caterpillar and a butterfly discover that life can be found where you least expect it—in the bark, beneath the roots, and deep inside the hollow trunk. Told entirely through dialogue, this picture book offers a gentle exploration of the cycle of life.
