Reinventing the women we are

This book is based on Monique Grande’s experience of leading women’s support groups as well as mixed groups. Each stage of this personal evolution is covered (mother-child bonding at birth, a girl’s first period, establishing autonomy…) and taken further with suggested exercises. We, as women, are encouraged to search deeper contact with our multiple natures:  wild, inspired, loving, creative, responsible, sacred, divine, initiating ; all these signpost the path to womanhood, from childhood to maturity, not forgetting the unavoidable but infinitely delicate act of giving birth to oneself.
