Preparing a birth together

What does each wish for in the plan to have a child ? Physical exercises are suggested for both members of the couple. Each exercise leads towards the reality of childbirth illustrating a range of possible positions and giving criteria for choice. It presents practical ideas to mothers and fathers in order for them to feel confident in their knowledge and to play their respective roles at the moment of the birth. The father will thus be more able to support the mother and meet her needs during all phases of childbirth.
